Returns Policy

US2twelve believes in quality and is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days (from original shipment date) - in the unused condition you received it for a full refund or store credit.  After 30 days and up to 45 days we will issue a store credit.  Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tag(s), along with a valid invoice copy.

Shipping and handling fees from your original order are not refundable for standard returns. If any items arrived damaged or you experienced an error with your order; please contact a customer support representative and we would be happy to assist you.

Returns Timing

Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
